How to Use:
- Place the *chirori* in a hot water bath (*yukan*).
- Caution: The pewter will become very hot—always hold the **woven rattan handle to avoid burns.

Why tin?
Since ancient times, tin has been revered in Japan for its purifying properties:
- Believed to remove impurities from liquids, enhancing sake’s smoothness and flavor.
- Said to prevent water spoilage (historically used for sacred vessels).
By decanting sake into this pure pewter warmer, harsh notes mellow, revealing a richer, rounder taste.

How to clean 如何清洗
